Our greatest treasure is our vineyard, unique and unrepeatable.
Currently, all Bodegas Don Nicol\u00e1s ranges are made from their own vineyards, spread over different plots, with a total area of approximately 100 hectares.
In our plots we can find Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, with an age that ranges between 20 and 65 years and which are always harvested manually, after a selection process and gradually, respecting the maturation times of the grapes. each of our farms.
