In this privileged environment, surrounded by mountains and conditioned by a very particular microclimate, the perfect conditions exist to produce unique products.
Our greatest treasure is our vineyard, unique and unrepeatable.
Currently, all Bodegas Don Nicolás ranges are made from their own vineyards, spread over different plots, with a total area of approximately 100 hectares.
In our plots we can find Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, with an age that ranges between 20 and 65 years and which are always harvested manually, after a selection process and gradually, respecting the maturation times of the grapes. each of our farms. It is precisely this great diversity that allows us to produce a final product with the best qualities of each farm.
Why add external products to a vineyard of the best possible quality?
Under this same idea, all the viticulture of Bodega Don Nicolás is developed, which has acquired since its foundation the commitment to winemaking that is as respectful as possible with the environment and with our own product, which is not altered with chemicals of any kind.
The result is a natural product, without alterations, that represents our most precious asset, the vineyard.
