Bodegas Don Nicolas pays tribute to our founder, Nicolás Osaba, who at the end of the 1950s left Spain for the “New World”, arriving in Argentina where he quickly fell in love with Mendoza and its vineyards.
For three generations, Bodegas Don Nicolás has dedicated itself to fulfilling the dream of our founder, to produce a unique and honest product, fully respecting the privileged vineyard that we own.

Don Nicolás is a tribute to our founder, a historical brand that represents the work of three generations dedicated to the cultivation of vines. The Don Nicolás vineyards are located in Maipú, in a privileged location for the production of fresh, modern-style wines.
Cienviñas
Cienviñas is a brand adapted to new times, which represents the evolution of viticulture and the personality of Mendoza. Our farms located at lower altitudes are used in its production, achieving greater concentration and a powerful and elegant style.
The vineyard represents everything, the origin and the end. The privileged terroir that we find in Mendoza, unique and unrepeatable, is the basis of the entire project.
Our carefully selected vineyards are the soul of our wines and reflect the unique essence of this privileged land.
Bodegas Don Nicolás is made almost entirely with our varieties from Finca Las Yeguas, which has a vineyard area of approximately 150 hectares.
There we can find Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Torrontés, all in limited productions and with a manual harvest that respects our product as much as possible.

Under this same idea, all the viticulture of Bodegas Don Nicolás is developed, which has acquired since its foundation the commitment to winemaking that is as respectful as possible with the environment and with our own product, which is not altered with external products.
